UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24-hour or 48-hour delivery. Orders to Europe are fulfilled via Royal Mail or DHL.

Shipping costs are based on the weight and size of your order. As fabric orders vary, international shipping rates may occasionally require adjustment — we will contact you via email or WhatsApp where necessary.

Samples are dispatched via Royal Mail.

Customs duties and import taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday before 3 PM.

Returns and refunds are only accepted for goods received damaged.
